verify, bad wiper motor?
started up my car today and decided to get the rain that came down off my window. the wipers went up about 2 inches and stopped.
wtf? i got out and moved them manually, and it kind of started to move but not really. now they are stuck straight up and i cant get them to budge at all. i checked the fuse and it is still in one piece.
is my wiper motor blown? thanks.
