Default Integra smokes in high rpms??

My 91 Integra B18a smokes in high rpms but it doesnt an other time i did a compression test on it and got 160 all the way across.It Doesnt lose any power and it doesnt burn a whole lot of oil it goes through about a extra quart of oil per change.Whats the avrege compression per cylinder?what could be wrong?any info would be great

your piston rings are probally worn and you're getting a little blow by. your compression sounds a little low. I think it should be around 210, but I'm not entirely sure about that number. Somewhere between 190 and 210 I think. Wait and get a few more opinions though.

man, i think ur piston rings are in need of replacement...i did a compression test on my b18a and the readings were 210-215 ....i thinks it's time to rebuild....

what compresion numbers the consider moderate....for gsr then...160 does sound low...200 is average?

i think it can be both, but leaning more towards the valve stem seals

does it smoke at idle at all?
if not i think its the valve stem seals

Join the club... my teg does the same.. ive come to the conclusion its valve seals. i go through about a quart every change also... it come with havinghigh mile on the motor... ive been thinking about buying and rebuiling a head and puttin it on next summer. but its my daily driver/autocrosser...so as long as it runs good and strong im not gonna worry to much
