Default look at my gauge cluster harness and help me find the prob

its hard to see cuz i took pic with camera phone but i labeled to help
ok #1 in the pic is the srs plug
#2 is one of the big plugs that was cut so its just wires
#3 is also one of the big plugs that was cut so its just wires
there should be a 4th plug but i see no more cut wires or anything tucked back into dash, also, i have a complete harness for the gauge cluster and radio and it only has these three plugs for the cluster, where does the 4th come from??

only three plugs are used, both for jdm and usdm. on the cluster there are four holes, but only three of them are used
