removing charcoal canister
is there any lines that i need to plug up after i remove it? im trying to make some extra space in my engine bay and am just about removing anything useless...thanks
It's just a matter of looking at what you're doing. Remove the canister and all the lines connected to it and you'll have 3 holes left open--
--one on the sensor next to the MAP behind the IM (cap this one off)
--one on the TB (cap this one off)
--one on the vent line from the gas tank. I wouldn't cap this one off as it vents the gas tank. What I did was cut the line near the rear wheel so it will vent into fresh air and not into the engine compartment...
