I had pics of swap I helped on, but dunno where they are at right now. That car got crashed and we swapped the motor into a 4g HB. I'll try to get digi pics this weekend.

Exactly what are you looking for????
BTW it fits in real nice!

FRom what I understand, the Hasport is much better than the Place Racing kit. I have a buddy with a H23 in his hatch and he has a Place Racing kit and he has all kinds of problems with his axles. Has something to with the angle of the motor that stresses the axles or something like that. When using the Place Racing kit you have to use their axles too. With Hasport, you can use the axles needed. I think Teg axles are the ones, not sure though.

Is there anyone with a H23 in their Civic? It is a nice and cheap swap. He runs consistant 13.4's in the 1/4 on slicks with I/H/E and that is it.

Sorry for not having any pics or anything like that, but I just thought I'd give you a little advise just in case you were choosing between the two.

Hey SiR Kid, it only proves that your car should be VERY fast. Jeez, nice water-water intercooler. Spearco? What set-up you running? J/C.

BTW: everyone i've known with the HCP kit has had fitment problems. They cannot get the front mount to work at all. Funny, because the front mount is the ONLY reason they bought the damn HCP kit in the first place!

this is my engine shot from the stone ages about 2 years ago before mounting kits were widely available. i used a stock 90-93 integra ls/rs/gs/gsr mount for the driver side and customized a tranny, front, and rear mount. im one of the few that actually use all 4 mounts in a CRX.

shingles:

I LOVE that color onyour valve cover... THat's powder coating, right? Any idea the name of the color?

I had a set of speed garage mount adapters that used a 90 model driver side mount, custom front mount and adapters for the rear and tranny that made the stockers work.... It actually worked fairly well and was a true 4 mount setup.
They're for sale if anyone's interested... they didnt seem up to the take of 400 HP, so I bought the HaSports.

MugenEF7, Hows this for a old mount kit This was my first mount kit 3.5 years ago. It also uses a teg drivers side mount.. I still have it if anyone want to buy it .........This kit is good for turbo apps cause it sits the motor close to the firewall.

Heres the newer set up.(hasport)

Hey, SiR Kid, it's called Chrome Smoke. Believe it or not, it's a home made deal. We baked it in our ovens even. hehe

Yeah ive also seen hasport tranny mounts crack but the tilt wasnt that bad **** that they should pay for any damage if some **** like that happens. I have some custom rinky dink **** that some guy custom made, and this guy at hasport was raggin on it cause they were so small but hey my **** didn't crack yet and the mounts are the size of skateboard wheels but i think i might have to go with hasport mounts cause my engine sits to dam close to the firewall plus i can get them for a little cheaper price lik 390 or some ****.

Hey, That's not a bad idea.. skateboard wheels.. Would that be any good for bushings as oppose to the polyurethane bushings Hasport uses? Would it be too hard? Hm...

Hey Tbone, are those Speed garage adapter mounts? I had those too... Trying to just about give em away, they work well, I might just use em in a CRX HF project I'm thinking about...

I don't have pics of the has sport and am no knocking them but have been using place mounts in swaps for the past 6 years or so and use them myself and they have never failed me yet

I have talked to people that had the insides crap out but i know they changed them and got alot better, i like where place sits the motor and have never had any axle problem still have the same axles from day one

Too damn much... I got em nearly 3 years ago with their "Adjsutable Linkage" which had a smaller ball on the shifter itself... I think it was from a 84-87 Civic or possibly a 1st gen integra? Not sure, but when I tried to put in my short sifter, I was PISSED. Sloopy *** feel shifter, REALLY a bum deal...

I think I gave $550 total with linkage.
