Default Running super rich under daily driving

I just got my car tuned last week at a dyno (partial throttle tune at 14.5:1) and now it's running really rich for no apparent reason. Under idle and partial throttle the car is choking on fuel and also misfiring. Under boost the car runs great. My fuel setup consists of 450cc injectors, vafc, intank and inline fuel pump and a 4:1 fmu. I was thinking the fmu could be stuck, but I am not really sure how to check for that. My car is also throwing misfiring codes 71, 72, 73 and my plugs are fouled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does a fmu get stuck frequently?
