Default cold weather and vtec pressure switch

well.. it seems like my prelude loves to be a garage queen.. because when she is parked outside for a night.. the morning she starts up she throws a code 22 (vtec oil pressure switch).. once she warms up.. and i cut the engine and restart it.. its gone..

i tried this three times.. leaving her ouside, and two of the three times she throws the code..

could cold weather have any effect on the vtec oil pressure switch?
