Default will my 91 civic si exhaust work with b16 motor

i'm about to buy a firstgen b16 motor from jdmshit.com and would like to know a few things first would my 91 civic si ehaust bolt right up to the ehaust manifold of the b16 motor if not what do i have to do to make it work

would the wire harness they send me with the motor work with my wire harness or do i have to do some wiring and yes i did the 0bd0-obd1 in my car i have the single vtec motor in my car with the vtec working

do you think i should buy the y8 intake manifold for the motor or use what they give me what would you do

okay first off no exhaust system won't bolt up I believe u have to cut or extend I forgot I had a aftermarket header for mine

if u already had a obd1 SOHC motor use ur harness and just add the couple wires u need why spend more money on a harness u don't really need

the exhuast may not reach, it does for some people, not for others. i did a first gen b16a1 in my rex, and it didnt reach. i paid maybe 50 bucks to have it connected at a local place. not a big deal. you could always drive it around unconnected for a week like i did, lol. WAY LOUD

if your buying a JDM engine, why change the intake manifold? unless your getting a type-r or aftermarket (skunk2 etc) then keep the manifold that comes with the engine, since thats part of what your paying for.

just my .02

about the exhaust, 1G exhaust manifold with 99 or 2000 USDM B16 A pipe and it's all bolt up affair. Only one bolt out of the JDM 1G manifold won't allign with the A pipe. Just open up the hole and you're ok.

which DC headers you got? do you mind mentioning the part number or which car/engine is it for? I'm trying to buy one online but I can't seem to be sure which one to pick. does the del sol 94 (b16a2) fits? thanks 4-2-1 and not 4-1.

I have a B16 with Place racing mounts. I have the HKS sport exhaust. I used at 99-00 SI JUN style 4-2-1 header and a stock cat. Everything bolted up fine for me...

Odd, my 1st gen B16 bolted to the exhaust in my 91 CRX Si, just pushed it back ~1 inch.
