Default How to find VE(volumetric Efficiency)?

How do you find that for an engine?

All I really want to know what is the VE for a b16a2??

he he he....problem are:

1. I need to pass smog in april or may, so install will have to be after that.

2. I need about $1500 worth of more stuff for this to work the way I want it too!

From http://www.prestage.com/carmath/formulas.asp

volumetric efficiency = acutal cfm / theoretical cfm x 100


theoretical cfm = rpm x displacement / 3456

Now...if only I can find the actual CFM of a b16a2, and a 4g63(for my friend).

Well, for one, I only have hondata stage 3....I need to upgrade to boost.

Thats $345

Plus I need:

Clutch
Eclipse 450 injectors
Resistor pack
1:1 FPR
High Flow fuel Rail
Fuel Pressure Guage
Greddy EGT Guage
Walbro 255lph intank pump
High flow AEM fuel filter
+ little odds and ends

Oh, and then there is the 190/hr they charge at Payne Tech in michigan to dyno tune hondata!
