You dont need a fpr with hondata, only your stock 1:1 regulator. You can get a little more out of your 450cc injectors by upping the fuel pressure, but you should just get larger injectors in that case.

A fpr is definately useful, so that u can adjust fuel pressures, and with the 255lph intank, ur stock fuel pressures will be higher. Paul

Re: what areomotive fpr?? (TurboD16Z6)
Running a 255intank will not make your fuel pressure higher. You stock fpr is usually around 40psi base, its 1:1 so for every psi of boost it raises the fuel pressure 1psi. So if you boost 10psi you fuel pressure is now 50psi. Fpr are only useful for turning down your fuel pressure with the case of larger injectors. IMO, you still dont need one even with large injectors. I dont mind running 60-65 psi of fuel pressure under boost with the stock regulator.

A adjustable fuel pressure regulator is very useful when it comes to tuning. First off when you tune hondata you have to set the fuel pressure on the system to make sure it matches to what your acutally pressure is. The default on hondata is 38psi.
Do you absolutely need it ? No, offcourse not.
Does it help? Yes ,it does.
Would I recommend it? Yes!

Or you could hook up a gauge to your stock fuel system and find out...
If you invested so much money into your motor why cheap out for a fuel pressure regulater.
Edit -
I dont mind running 60-65 psi of fuel pressure under boost with the stock regulator.
Here is the link for the aeromotive fpr.

Re: what areomotive fpr?? (ekb18c)
I have the aeromotive regulator and lines/fittings to go with it on my new engine, but i ran 720cc's with the stock one and was fine. People with smaller than 550cc injector IMO should just with the stock regulator. There boost pressures are not going to be that high that they are running that much fuel pressure. If you are shooting for tons of power, then yes i can see a need for a fpr.
