hondata socketed ecu(p28) can it run stock ?
I bought a hondata socketed ecu ready for tuning but I dont have the money right now for the s200+tuning plus new inj. so is there a way to make the ecu run the factory settings until I can afford the s200? somebody told me to cut the j1 jumper.
somebody chip in!!!!!!!!!
somebody chip in!!!!!!!!!
ok lets say I cut j1 and the car wont even turn over with it. just fires over then dies. that jumper enables the ecu to read the chip right?

Right
Right
the jumper is cut and separated and it wont run the car. I just want to know why. it primes the fuel pump , and turns over but will not keep it running. damn
