I installed a Alpine mp3 player in my 03 civic and the blinkers will not work. I checked the fuses and they were fine. Could this be a bad flasher? If so, were is it located. Someone said that the 4 way switch might be unplugged. Were is this located?

 

Did you unplug the connector from the hazard switch, and forget to plug it back in?

 

Jim Truett your probably right, does it not work on both sides? if that's the case, plug up the emergency hazard switch
