Default B18 or B20

I have a 1990 HF CRX and want to engine swap it. I am going to put either a B18 or a B20 block, built with a B16 head. Which is going to give better performance in my CRX?

i just read that article in honda tunning about the new golden eagle kit for the b20 vtec swap and i might be sold. with the right forged pistons and some rods it could be bad @ss and you dont have to send the head out to a machine shop. 2liters on the cheap.

If you are going to stay AM for ever(w/ that block) Go B20z. If you have even thought of going turbo, go w/ the b18a/b. (IMO, of course)
