Break clips (how do they mount on the pad/caliper)
I just re-did my brakes, cleaned/glass beaded and got new rotors, pads and what not. I'm having problems putting the pads on so they stay off the rotor. I think the clips got bent. Anyone have a diagram or what not for how they latch on.

did you glassbeed the calipers? if you did chances are you f them up.
if you calipers are not seized and your hardware kit is good then it's fine, your pads can touch the rotors (they are not really dragging).

I second the opinion. Since the day I've gotten my civic and even when I drove my dodge ram and worked on others, it naturally sits slightly on the rotor/disc. It can't naturally push all of the fluid out of the piston. Just make sure your disc/rotor still free spins...or...as much as it can free-spin with all the weight and other components and such.
