what are those bars that connect between your seat belt mounting points???

what are those bars that connect between your seat belt mounting points???
what are they called and where do you get them? I've seen a few people mount there 4 point harnesses using these, can anyone give me some insight? and beleive me guys I would have searched if I knew what the hell I was searching for

well a c-pillar bar is used for reinforcement but i think you are talkin about a harness bar...sparco makes them and its the "proper" way to mount racing harnesses so the load is distributed along your chest evenly and not down on your spine if you were to mount them a ghetto way.
