are strut bars worth buying

ive bought a front and rear upper strut bar for my car ive heard it helps keep your car from twisting on fast turns just wanted to no other peoples opinions on them

How much did you pay for them? If you don't have sway bars then look into those. They will decrease body roll in turns substantially.
