What head gaskets you guys use??? (D16)
its not a d16 but in my b18 ive got a 2mm cometic headgasket, in one of my buddys civics with a d16 he has a 2mm cometic headgasket too, from what ive heard there pretty good

Just did the same a week or two ago myself (minus the copper spray) and it seems to be working out very well...
No more lifting the head, thank god!!

i used a y8 one with my z6block/y8head. coppersprayed, arp head studs, and torqued to 70ft/lbs. The y8 one will give u alittle higher compression ratio and its half the price of the z6 one.
If you have a machinist straight edge, you can measure if there is any warpage within the head. If it's warped. (I think it's like .005 damn, or is it .0005 Too early to think) or more, then a resurface is a good idea.
