Rebuilding a power steering rack that's been converted to manual. What doesn't need to be replaced?

What would I need to replace in a power rack that's been converted to manual? Anything else besides all 4 tie rods? I had originally planned to rebuild the whole rack, but since I'm taking off the pump, I'm sure there's some parts in the rack that don't need to be replaced now. I don't want to replace seals and stuff that won't make a difference.
Yes, it's Friday night and I'm posting on H-T. Man, I need to get my car back on the road...

I Didn't think you could do that. I'm currently working on a Auto to B16 Manual conversion on my 1991 Civic HB. I heard that without the power steering pump it is alot hearder to steer than a manual base rack. I also read somewhere that you'll need to at least have fuild in the lines. I'm planning to just sway it out with a manual one instead. Hopefully it'll bolt right one. Let me know what happens. I'd be interested to see if I couldjust plug the lines and not have to change the rack.
