Default Low RPM problem

Hey all i have a 89 integra with the ZC motor and theres a problem with it, i have to give it like 1/8 gas until it hits like 2500 or 3000 rpm unless it runs like complete BUTT, it seems like the timing all of a sudden goes out of whack, but after that i can give it all the gas i want can n e 1 out there help me?

by complete butt do you mean it misses? kinda chugs and if you give it too much gas, it floods out and stalls?
sounds like its throwing in too much fuel down low.. coolant temp sensor maybee.. does your oil seem kinda thin and smell like gasoline?

Ya it sounds like it misses and the oil hella smells like gas and i noticed when i started it i left it running for about 2 minutes and i could smell gas like its burning alot. How would i fix this to much gas problem?

You might want to check to see if you have a vacuum leak. After i put my turbo on I forgot to plug up the factory map sensor hole in the intake manifold and it ran pretty much how your describing yours. After i plugged it up ran great though.
