B20B Sleeves/Setup..Will they crack?
Alright, I'm just wondering if anyone has had luck with the B20 blocks/sleeves. Right now I'm working on a B20B/B18B all motor setup. Here is what my setup will consist of.
B20B Block
84MM Arias Pistons W/ 10.9:1 Compression
B18 A6/B1 Eagle Connecting Rods
Balanced Stock Crank
B18B Head
OEM Head Gasket
Now does anyone have a similar setup and if so how has it held up? I dont think with 11:1 compression I will have any problems with the sleeves cracking. Please let me know if you have had any experience with this setup on stock sleeves. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

With a fully built head...around 8500 or so but safe to 9000. I havent put to much thought into the head yet since I'm poor. Thats for the future. Maybe next year. For now I'm gonna keep the stock rev limit of 6900.
mine is at 85mm.... stock sleeves... I know what everyones thinking... and you guys might be right... ohwell.. 2 of my friends have them... ones going on 2 yrs... what you need to make sure of is got to have bottom end COMPLETELY balanced.. from flywheel, press. plate, rods, crank, everything!, then you should get into hondata... cause detonation is noones friend.... high your octane the better..... I hope mine will be okey for a while... 12.5 c/r...been running for a month.. still breaking it in... still have obd0 310cc injectors... fully retarded though,, still pulls nice..
