Anyone know what this is???
Can anyone tell me what this is? (white bottle/box by wheel),do i need it? can i relocate it? the reason behind these seemingly random questions are that i have recently bought a CAI kit off ebay but already have the best filter on my car (see pics,in my opinion) attached to the stock induction pipe (which is a bit of a bodge i know) i want to use the new pipework and relocate the filter outside the car for more cold air.

it looks like the winshield washer reservoir. in u.s. preludes, the reservoir is on the other side (driver's) but could it be that in the UK, it's on the other side?
and oh yeah, if it's the winshield washer reservoir, you can relocate it.

The windscreen washer bottle on U.K. cars is on the passenger side, bearing in mind it's an import and on the same side as your air filter. I think it's maybe the resonator but it's hard to see for sure, it looks like the right position to be the resonator.

It is. Look close and you can see the black part where the air initially enters on the left side.
You can just yank that whole thing outta there.
