Hi!

I found this website http://www.turbo-kits.com.

it has a whole heap of turbos for all the motors, but im confused if i should get myself the 195hp H22A motor or stick to my B16. getting a new motor means spending a whole lot more, but i dont want to blow the 1.6litre one by pumping it up with too much psi...

so what would u advise me? new motor? if yes, which one? which turbo to it?

 

well the b16 can take more boost than the h22. stick with your current motor. as far as the turbo, it all depends on what kind of power you're wanting to make and how much lag you're willing to take. take a look at some of the precision turbos, they make some great stuff.

 

yeah, the b16 will hold a good amount of power, Im shootin for 350-400whp on mine... The thing about the h22 is if you want to upgrade the pistons and rods you need to get the block sleeved because of the metal used in the sleeves.

 

so up to how much PSI can the b16 take without causing serious damage?
what would be the best turbo to build in? not meaning unaffordable, or custom built... ;-)
