i need help..i just installed a greddy turbo kit on my 95 civic dx..its a tdo4 turbo, it includes a fmu, a homemade air valve (5 check valves), and a front mount intercooler....
heres the problem..whenever i go over 2 psi of boost, the car bugs out and the check engine light comes on, and the car starts idling funny..i turn off the car and turn it back on, then its all good again until i hit 2 psi...
please give me info about this problem..thanks

maybe your fmu is installed improperly....I would just scrap it and run a tunable piggy back unit.

 

if you're not running the blue box and only fmu then you'll probably need to run more than one check valve. my car needs 5....if i run 4 check engine light comes one. try run more valves and see if that works. i have the exact same setup as you. IM if u still have problems
