ive got my 92 accord ex. And so far i like it. But lately ive noticed it seems to be sucking down gas like a truck. Ive done a few estimated calculations, (17 gallon gas tank, roughly 195-200 miles from the tank), and if its right, im getting 11-12 miles per gallon. Nothing is leaking from the car, and the car runs fine. But i thought Hondas were good on gas millage?, Whats up?

 

That is a good question.
I have a 1991 EX and I'm getting like 200-225 miles(same 17 gal tank)
My car is tuned up & I use only high octane gas.
Maybe that's just how it is for these older cars or maybe these Honda Experts will tell us something that we are not doing.

Good question, maybe there is an answer or they'll just say "sell your cars!"
