Default d15b in 96 civic... change ecu?

96 honda civic hx with a d15b vtec
the cel light is on it shows p1336 (crank sensor).. the crank sensor is not hooked up, cause the older engine has no place for it.. if i change the car to an obd1 ecu will the cel light go away? like just doing the harness adapter and putting in a p28 or something......?

hey bro I was just woundering if you wanted to pick up a P72 (GSR OBD2) ecu for $120.... just saving you some time and money...if not you will have to go and repin the ecu harness clip and connect it to the knock sensor...have fun with that...and the D15B ecu sucks, it has a slow response... well let me know if you want the P72...
