Default which injectors for JRSC GSR?

I have a 2000 Acura Integra GSR with a JRSC on it. Here is my current set up. 6lb. pulley, JRSC FMU, JRSC FPR, JRSC walbro 255lph fuel pump, stock fuel rail, stock injectors, DC sports 4-2-1 ceramic header, Tanabe Racing Medallion exhaust, JRSC BTC, JRSC map sensor, short ram air intake, and stock clutch/flywheel. I have FP guage, A/F guage and boost guage as well. This is what I am gonna run, CRV pulley, Apexi SAFC-II, ACT organic street performance clutch, ACT 8lb. flywheel, comptech ice box, skunk 2 short throw shifter, and RC injectors. The question is which flow rate injectors to run? 370 or 440? And also what type? peak hold, or saturated? Also, I am new to the AFC "hack" tuning. Do I get rid of my FMU? Also how do I figure out a base setting to begin with?
