Default Help me decide...

Ok guys, a few months ago my cams seized up in my head and caused me to put my em1 into the garage for light hibernation...I ordered a fully built head from dh-racing and was going to just stay with that but am now having second thoughts on the block, I have a b16 block, and an ls block in my garage right now and am trying to figure out which one to build, I am on a decent budget and would like to get my motor done before winter is over....I am going for a decent all motor setup, wont be a daily driver, but want a setup that could be daily driven if possible...which block should i rebuild, and also what internals should I use...TIA
