Default Tire/Wheel size?

I bought a used '95 Honda Civic, which came with a mag wheel on it. With winter arriving soon, I'm wondering where the best place to get a set of used rims would be, and what size the stock rims would be?

Any specific tire that works best on a Civic during a winter snow storm?

The car currently has a low series type of tire, so I'm not sure if I should change all 4, or just put winter tires on the front and be done with it, or is it alot better to put them all round?

Anyone have a photo of what the stock rims look like on this year of car?

Thanks in advance!

Dale

The size of the stock wheel will differ from model to model, but the two sizes for 92-95 civics is 13" or 14". But your best bet would be to put winter tires all around. Don't cheap out on your car. And if you're looking for used steelies, check the the classifieds section.

Edit: ex/dx/lx is 14 then cx/vx is 13 <~~~Luserkid's info

You should be able to find some used stock civic wheels in the classifieds section.

There will not be one "magic" winter tire out there but here are some companies to consider: Bridgestone, Dunlop, Michelin, and Goodyear. These companies will offer a specific model of winter tire to fit your vehicle. Check out this website for more information: http://www.tirerack.com/ Remember, these are just a few. Which is best? Well, winter tire preference is based upon opinion but there could be some tire tread designs that you may like better than others. For more information on tire tread design and technology visit the specific manufacturers website if necessary.
The best way to change tires in any situation is to have them matched. So purchasing all four winter tires is recommended. Although if you are on a tight budget and only can afford two than be sure that they go upfront.
All Honda Civics in 1995 had steel wheels from the factory. Some had covers and others didn't. Here are some photos:

p.s. Next time make it clear what model you have. If the trim level was known it would have saved me some time.
