just put d16z6 into eg and wont start

it will crank and act like it wants to start but it wont, could this be because of any fuses? also could it be the fuel pump because i did hear it when i turn the car into the on position. any opinions would be helpful

crank position sensor O.K. ? had similar problem new sensor did the trick

I'm gonna be brief... do a search, check the usual suspects, I would say most likely it's something spark related, namely the coil. If you didn't hear the fuel pump then check your main relay, it very well could be the culprit.

yes a bad ground could cause a lot of trouble
