I think the problem is a huge drop in power.

could that be a fuel lack?
wouldn't a APEXI Vafc 2 with Injector 310cc that go?

theres no fuel for the upgraded cams, it needs more fuel. you need to tune your ecu. you could go with a vafc.
is your motor stock? to use the full potential of the cams, you would need other upgrades. ie: bigger TB, header, valvetrain, etc.
is that your air/fuel ratio there at the bottom?

Your VTEC engages too tot.Avec your set-up the VTEC should engage in the surrounding of 6500rpm. If it engages your engine too low does not pump asser air for the large lobe of your camwoods, therefore you HP lose and its ensuite.Ton max HP goes up should be towards 8300/8500 with JUN 3(je rolls of the JUN 3 since áns)

lol

Basically the Jun III's need pretty high VTEC engagement and it's probably too low.

That graph is pretty difficult to decipher, but it looks like you might have a major fuel problem at the point where the big cams come on. What sort of provisions do you have for tuning, and how much tuning was done? As others have said, you'll also most likely want to move the VTEC engagement point up quite a bit (though it's not easy to tell where it's currently set with that graph).
