ek passenger airbag removal

hey guys i have searched for this topic and havent been able to find how exactly to remove my 96 dx hb passenger airbag. does anybody have pics of the steps or a helms section you can email me or post for reference. i have seen some people say 3-4 bolts to remove, i have found three. it seems to be loose, but will not come out the top. maybe i missing something, if so please help asap. i really want to get my blockoff installed now that i have ctr interior pieces.

Make sure you disconnect all the wires when u pull it up a little bit. I can help more is there an AIM screen name i can reach you at right now? it says someone else is on EK9spooner

there are only 3 nuts that hold it in place. if you remove the glove box you will see them. then you need to make sure to disconnect the srs harness (dont forget to take your battery cable off). then contrary to what youre going to naturally want to do DO NOT PUSH ON THE AIRBAG FROM THE BOTTOM. you WILL split your airbag cover. use a wide tipped flat head screwdriver covered in a towel and prey it up from the top. I would suggest starting with the corner near the drivers side. After you get one corner up its pretty easy.

ok cool thats what I thought, but then people are like theres tons of nuts. so when i look way up there I see tons of screws that can maybe be gotten to with a small screwdriver, but I'm guessing those are for disconnecting the cover only. anyways thanks a bunch for your help guys
