Default B16A Vacuum lines...1 was left open.

I noticed that the hose that goes to the bottom of a firewall sensor (round with circular top) was left open. I'm hoping it's not the MAP but the car runs fine. According to a B16/EF vacuum diagram it says to use a "T" fitting on it and tie it in to the FPR line for manifold vacuum. Does anyone know what this sensor is?

It's has a funny name....dashpot something. It's the one in between the MAP sensor and another identical looking sensor.
