Default Stock H22 Retainers, Upgraded Cams and Springs?

I am considering running a set of Skunk2 stg.II's on my H23 VTEC. Assuming I use these cams, upgrade to some Rocket Motorsport dual springs, and keep the stock redline (7600), would stock retainers be alright in the long run?

From what I've read, it seems like the retainers are more subjective to RPM's than the lift of the cam.
