Altitude Effects on Tune
I know (or at least I'm pretty sure) that altitude has an impact on the tuning of a car. What is the impact exactly and how dramatic are the effects? I had my car tuned in Austin, TX with a VAFC and wondering what the altitude of Denver will do - will I be running lean or rich?
Since air is thinner at high elevations, thus containing less oxygen, I'd assume you would be running rich. Just a guess though, and to what degree it affects the car I'm not sure.
