Yes the compressor is built in. That's the main reason I got it. I've wanted one forever .
Sence my civic isn't baged any more

I could not justify a dedicated air compressor set up to run a big one.
this one is small but heavy.

What about them Hella airhorns they used to sell in the NOPI ads in Sport Compact Car magazine like a decade ago. Did those have the compressors on the harns already?

got it for like 60 bucks on ebay.. but, he has it in his boat.. lol, not his honda.
