Default EF9 Front Conversion on a 89si Hatch

Hello guys,

I don't have the fenders, and hood for the EF9.

I have the radiator support, bumper, lip, lights.

can I use my usdm current fenders and usdm hood??

how hard is to do the conversion?? also I want to keep my AC any inputs on this if you have done it before will be apperciated.

yeah you can slap that bumper on and just use the rest of your USDM equipment..from what I gathered you need to put some washers here and there and there might be some slight gapping between the headlights and bumper but nothing too bad.

but basically if you want the SiR hood then you need to use all the rest of the SiR front stuff...same goes with fenders.

to use the lights you need the hood

you dont need the fenders, they are the same with a amber side marker

for the crx application you can use the usdm fenders. Your usdm hood may not align good with your lights, there will be a gap on each side.

If you do use the usdm hood, I would keep the factory rad support in place.

if its too hard to locate a EF9 hood, you can get a JDM STYLE VIS carbon fiber hood for EF8/9 front ends, and call it a day.

and for the USDM fenders, yes, you can use 90-91 fenders, the 88-89's have the 2 screws. (90-91's have the 92-95 style corner light screws)
