well when i put the cam in, only the intake but with gsr exhaust, my vtec roared hard, but then i got a chipped ecu and it went away....oh but i also went .3 faster with the ecu...

Which ecu was that, on what car, tuned with a VAFC?

Well since you say yuou insatlled the cam why dont you test drive it to see if it sounds louder. duh

it wasnt any brand ECU, i had a friend chipped a ecu with program that he had for a b16a with ITR cams. Its basically an adjusted fuel map with a 9000rpm redline. I couldnt really tell if the car was faster because the vtec engagment was so smooth (you know, the loud the car is, the faster you "think" it is), but at the track it made a hell of a difference

well, i hope it does good for my motor.

i need to do a valve adjustment before i can drive.

i hope to get that done tomorrow sometime.
