Default Cel Code 45, Already searched

My check engine light is on and I checked the code and it gave me 45. I know that is means that I am running too lean or too rich. What can I do to fix it?

When I got that code my cat was bad. Check your cat to see if there is any blockage. One of the "blocks" inside of my Carsound cat crumbled and blocked the air flow in front of the secondary o2 sensor.

Good luck!

MY car has been throwing the same code for a while now. In my situation it wasnt the cat because i had it with my old exhaust and header combo as well. I think in my case it has something to do with the comptech computer that its installed in the car. I will switch back to the stock computer to see if it goes away.

I did that as well and for a bit it was fine and then it just came back. My plugs are white too so im guessing is also really lean.

I say with high probability that your primary O2 is bad, or contaminated. Change it.
