Why do people with mufflers rev in vrooom-vroom-vroom pattern before the release clutch in a stop light. Then vrooom-vroom shift. When stopping, down shift-downshift- vroom-vrooom.

What up with that gas pumping routine??????

Revving at other people unless you are at a light is just plain nonsence. i sometimes rev my engine at other cars but it is because i know them and it is like a form of saying HI".
