oh man don't even get me started....

how do you like your ride: low, low, or low?

better have some good shocks to go with that because H&R sport springs will slam your integra, at least it did mine.

Yea, I wouldn't get these springs. They suck. Slammed the hell out of my car even with KYB AGXs. They are too soft.

i have them on stock shocks and my car is nowhere near slammed. about 1-2 finger gap between tire and fender. the ride is stiffer than stock but only a little.

then u should have got h&r sports ,thats the main reason i opted to stay away from the eibach line, they make the rear look lower and i like the aggresive stance of the front being a lil lower

but when I live and work having the front lower is a bitch..I hit the front tow hook all the time thats why I opted for eibach, I had kyb's but they blew..I am on stock ones now I need to try out tein

When I had H&R Sport springs and the stock exhaust resonator, I had maybe 3" clearance below the resonator. Any type of incline would scrape the HELL out of it when I went over the transition at the top of the incline. My front mudguards would also scrape the ground going around curves or bumpy roads.

Ride like stock? HAH they rode HORRIBLE on my car, with Koni Sport shocks.

take them off..

and on my car, having the illumina's on the 1st and maybe even 2nd setting was close to stock.. actually really close to stock.. i have mine on 3, and it feels like a stock stiff suspension like an evo or a sports car of that type. havent gone up to 4 or 5. i still need to tighten some things so i can stop creaking like an old haunted house

every h&r sport springs thread there is, PatrickGSR94 responds haha. don't forget to tell everyone what setting your koni shocks were on. I'm on some sports and stock shocks still for a lil less than a year. They ride close to stock. better on turns, less body roll. but after almost a year and a half on stock shocks, they've gotten more bouncy, just on bumpy roads though. the setup is ok for daily driving if ur on a budget. i also have about 1-2 finger gap.

My sports slammed the hell out of my car too. When I was on stock shocks, all 4 of my tires were completely tucked.

dark blue springs, soft spring rate, definitely NOT race springs.

H&R Sport on Koni red :

Different angle, don't mind the wheels, this was when I swapped out my bent wheel to have it fixed.
