Given those two choices, I'd go with the header first, since Kenji will give you a chip for whatever mods are on your car. Get the chip after you have the header, and you'll get even more out of it.
If it comes to it, ask Kenji himself. He has enough experience to give you a straight answer.
I'm wondering, though, why you picked those two things to pick between?
What are you doing w/the car? Will this car remain a daily driver?

But between header and ecu.... Toda all the way

I just put on a Toda header, and will shortly be adding Hondata (with ECU setup/chipped by Kenji). Header = niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. That's where my vote would go.

i second that. but between the 2 choices, i'd get the Toda goodies.

I always tell people to do the ATS FD first. Best mod for the money, period!

yea car will still be a daily driver. my thought process in choosing these two is that these are bolt on mods that don't require a lot of tuning, unlike cams. there's a shortage of good tuners in this part of the world. as for the final drive, i agree its a nice mod, though i probably won't get it since i don't trust any of the mechanics here to open up my tranny.

hmm the toda header seems to be the hands down winner. just wondering if its really that much better than my jdm itr 4-1

Final Drive would be my choice if I were you.
