UPper rad hose is hot, lower is cold. I can hold onto the upper and it isnt hot enough that i have to let go.

Should i beable to hold onto it or is my engine not fully warmed up. Or is thermostat bad?

The incar gauge hasnt worked for awhile.

My fan isnt comming on! Its getting 12V but no ground, does it close the ground or do i have a pinch somewhere.

What should open/come on first, rad fan, or thermostat.

Change your thermostat....it should take about 20 min. and its a 6 dollar part that should be changed every few years because they rust/rot out and dont open and close anymore. Your temp gauge will most like work after that and if the fan still dosent come on check the thermoswitch on the back of the block. If you remove your a/c your radiator fan usually dosent work anymore because I believe its wired in a circuit (somebody please correct me if im wrong). I wired up my rad. fan to a switch next to the sunroof switch...works for me

 

Got it fixed, its working normal.

Hooked up my coolant gauge sending unit to the wrong wire

Lets just say the poormans ITR setup HAULS ***.
