GSR valves in 1st gen B16??

GSR valves in 1st gen B16??
I did a search, but couldn't really find any answers.
So, my timing belt recently broke on my B16 and I'm not sure if I damaged some valves or not. I have a spare GSR head sitting around that doesn't have anything but the valves, springs, and retainers in it and I'm wondering if I need to get some valves for my B16 head if I can use the GSR ones? The head has a P-72 stamp on it, thats all I really know about it.
Also, is it possible or likley that I damaged a piston?
