my car cranks and cranks, but wont start... i need help!!

Not the battery
Not the timing belt
for some odd reason it cranks normally but wont start..
it just cranks and cranks
i have a aem fpr and a b&m guage, the guages wont go up when cranking...
feul pump???
my check engine light stays on the whole time, and i put the stock ecu back on and it's still on, tried checking the codes but check engine light just stays on
i need help badly... i cant figure out what is wronge, everything is plug'd in properly and every so yeah..
anyone???

need more info on your car and engine setup. we're working blind if we don't know what's been modified or tampered with.
Distributor coil or ignitor maybe blown....check to see if your getting a spark. No spark = new coil needed. If your getting spark then pull a plug after cranking it and see if its wets, if its dry then the ignitor is blown as the ignitor sends the pulse signal for the injectors (or so i believe)
The check engine light doesn't go off? Sounds like the power or ground to the ECU isn't correct or could be the Main relay, but normally when the main relay heads south the check engine doesn't come on at all. Try checking the fuses for the ecu and then maybe swap out the main relay

well my set up is
97 EJ, b18b1 off a obd-1 LS, i used my obd-2a wire harness wired the obd-1 LS distributor (re-wired w/clips of obd-2 so i can connect it), re-wired my injectors wires, and rewired my alternator. that's how i got it into my car.
the motor is a obd-1, and i'm using a obd-1 LS ecu with the obd2 to 1 convertor.

has this ever happend to anyone before? =/
the last thing i remmeber was driving my car in the garage safe and sound, but then i installed a new deck, maybe the deck screwed up my relay fuses?
i took out my dizzy already, doesn't smell or anything but cant really tell if coils are burnt or not, so possibly it may be my relay or feul pump rigth? or dizzy coils or ignitors? haha lots of stuff, but from what u hear from me, what does it sound more like?
if it was the relay fuse, where can i get a new one from? kragen?
