i have a 95 honda civic, i installed my rear speakers myself, im not sure if they are the same, but you have to take the screws out from inside the trunk, thats the best way to do it, the screens that cover the speakers will come out, then un screw the bracket that holds the speaker up, once its off the speaker will come out the top, after you unhook the wires.

Not true anymore.

To get those speakers out of an '02, you need to remove the entire rear deck. Most of the time, that involves removing the back seat, and then (if you've got a 2 door) the side panels need to come off too. Then, you can slide the deck out and remove the speakers.
