Default detachable killswitches?

hey i was wondering has anyone put a killswitch with a detachable switch so when u switch the killswitch on you could just take off with the switch so even if they know u have a killswitch they wouldnt be able to flip it on? would this work? any cons?

Yes, it would work. But they would simply need to attach a wire from one side of the switch to the other to bypass it, meaning alligator clips would work fine.

Anyway, with security, the more the better. Let us know if you find such a part for cheap, cause I've never heard of a detachable switch before.

Yup, but thieves would find your switch already if they can find the two wire ends to jump. Right?

Without the switch, it'll be harder to find this connection.

its a lil easier finding the wires since u'll have the copper goldish thing out in view much easier to spot a shiny object than black one

i was thinking some kind of wireharness? or somthing.. but yea connecting 2 of the wires would be easy.. but lets say u hide it well and they look for a switch but insetad only find a shitload of wires saying u hid yours with the other wires lets say in ur dash.. they wouldnt be able to tell would they?

lol removing the switch would probably make it easier for them to bypass it. the wire you switched just needs to be jumped.
