Default pros and cons having a 7.5lb flywheel on a daily driven gsr

I have an exedy organic stage 1 clutch on the way. Im looking for an inexpensive flywheel to go along with it. One of the sponsors on HT sells new fidanza flywheels for 189$ shipped. I know in general that a lightened flywheel attributes to quicker revs, making your driving experience more pleasurable (from what ive read)

If fidanza is too light what would be the best compromise in terms of weight?

It'll be easier to rev the engine true, but it'll also be easier to stall the engine and the engine will have to work harder to keep the engine spinning at a sustained rpm. An object in motion has a tendancy to stay in motion. I think that's Newtons second law. It's easier to change the energy of a lighter object. ope this makes sence.

I think your emissions might get worse with a lighened flywheel, and your fuel economy, but I doubt by very much.

I have a fidanza 7# flywheel, and it's awesome. I've never had teh engine stall by itself from the flywheel being too light. The engine revs very nicely, rev matching is hella easy (great for auto-x), and acceleration has improved. Fuel economy hasn't suffered (I get 25-35 mpg) and I passed emmissions easily even when my oil burning was really really bad. Thing is, I can't do burnouts, but that's not important Other thing is that people say that drag launches are harder, but I haven't had a problem with that.

pros
engine rpm will rev up faster and espically drop a hell of a lot faster
will lighten the rotating assemble thus more power will be brought to the wheels. engine hp will be the same but whp will slightle increase

cons
easyer to stall
harder to get the car moving from a stop
when i first install my act 8.8lb flywheel i noticed that before is you let the engine rmp go below idel and hit the clutch the engine will shake but the rmp will recover
with my new flywheel if i ever left the rpm drop bellow idel the engine will not recover and it will just stall

but i believe the pros out weight the cons and i never regret geting the flywheel

Honestly, it's really not that hard to drive a car with a lightened flywheel. I got used to mine in less than half a day.
