Default Copper spray on headgaskets???

I putting my engine back together and I was wondering if I should use copper spray on my headgasket or let it be?? What do you guys usually do? I will be hopefully pushing 230whp range with 12:1 compression if that makes any difference.

i would recommend a nice light coat of copper spray. follow up with another light coat. has worked wonders glad to say never had a leak on my head
