Default UP Hill

I was just wondering if you guys would know if uphill pulls, are based on torque or does hp have a factor in it too.

mmm i would think it would need both factored in to do a good pull. then again im only grounds for this is comparing it to diesel trucks. they got huge torque but comparatively alot less power and they can pull tonnes up hills but slower. i guess huge torque really meens it pulls large amounts of mass but power is needed to get it there fast ? umm i might be wrong so dont quote me on that ^_^ cant say i didnt try to help =P

hope that helps in anyway
