Shuold be the same type of setup. Unscrew it by turning it counter-clockwise and then try pulling it off.

There are two tabs that hold the shift boot to the ****. You first have to unhook the boot from the **** by pulling one side (front or back) down from the **** then the other side should fall away from the ****. Once the boot is away from the **** then just twist the **** off like you did on your GSR. Put the new **** on in reverse of the removal. Except you won't be able to connect the boot to the **** unless you replace the boot as well.

The stock **** and boot is a combination deal. To have them work correctly you need both parts.

So if you wan the boot to go all the way up to the **** then your going to want to replace the boot as well.

since your already messing with the center cousole, why not get a new shift lever....forbidden motorsports and pspec tuning both make excellent units (and their owner/creators are members of HT)....the pspec comes with a think *** leather boot and a S2k style aluminum ****.....
